In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, Nexera Media Group LTD may apply a discounted membership rate to maintain access. If the discounted rate cannot be processed, an administrative fee of up to $3.00 may be applied until payment is successfully processed.

Internet Access Charges
You are responsible for any costs you incur to access the internet.
Term
You may cancel at any time. If you cancel after billing has started, your subscription will end at the conclusion of the current paid period.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the Services, with respect to any or all users, at any time and without notice. We will process any refund due to you (less any deductions due to us) without undue delay and not later than 7 days from the date you notify us of your decision to cancel. Refunds will be credited to your card within a maximum of 14 days from this date, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Our obligations are suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event and for a reasonable recovery period.
